as you may of heard GTE is going to a pay per use rate. I switched to earthlink because they still have the flat rate and they were rated the # isp in the USA by pc magazine. I dont know if they are any good but they are offering a free month of free service to me for every person who signs up who was refered by a user. so if you are looking to switch and decide on earthlink plse say mrbean_ sent you that way i can get some free service
