Question about "Ike's Wee Wee"

OK, I downloaded "Ike's Wee Wee" today and loved it. My favorite part was when Mr. Mackey is rescued in Nepal by the A-Team. My question is: is that Chef or really Mr. T? The face sorta looks like Chef, but the build and haircut isn't. Any thoughts?

It was the A-team because the other three were with Mr. T. However, only Mr. T appeared in subsequent scenes, and he was only on the corner of the screen. I'm assuming the other three were out of frame.

Originally I thought it was Chef dressed up as Mr. T, but after further viewings of my tape its pretty clear that its supposed to be the real Mr. T, specially since the rest of the A Team crew was there too. Hilarious stuff I might add.
