Was it here that people were arguing about the Elian matter several weeks ago? Didn't someone say they were basically 100% confident that the uncle was going to go to prison, etc.? Well, I doubted it at the time.
Today, the story is that the Miami relatives are suing the government. The article, which does mention the Justice Department's response, mentions nothing about charging the uncle with anything.
