Chef Aid 98

I'm sorry, but I have to say that Chef Aid 98 was way better that its Simpsons equivalent (The Krusty Comeback Special.) It was funnier and a lot more original.

I'd have to agree with you there. It was funnier than the Simpsons Krusty Comeback special episode, but I thought that particular Simpsons episode wasn't quite as funny as most and by the same token I thought the Chef Aid episode wasn't quite as funny as most South Park episodes. Both really seemed more like a big excuse to bring a bunch of guest stars in at one time than a real episode. On top of that there's a companion CD coming out for it. I like to see episodes that are made to be funny, not made to sell CD's. I still love South Park, but that episode seemed like a little bit of a cop out.

Although Chef Aid was funnier, I'd say I liked KGK {Krusty Gets Kancelled} better. It just seemed more realistic and besides, it came first. KGK also had better guests. (I will agree with the parading of guest stars comment above though.)

Could someone explain this Krusty Comeback Special thing? I'm plagued by a bad case of Sunday Night Baseball...
