well,what i heard from IMDB(internet movie data-base) is that the plot centers around the kids getting sent to military school for torturing mr.hat.I can't really remember the release date,but it could be from late may to early august before the official release.Goto www.thehellhole.com ,they got the all the versions of the movie trailers which say the release date at the end.
