in the last episode on 8-19 when kenny got run over to guys go "oh my [address] found a penny!" and the other guy goes "you bastard!" i thought it was funny how they mixed it up randomly.

Kenny's death wasn't graphic enough. I didn't quite believe he was dead. And what would have been the harm of taking out a few of the Hollywood types alomg with him?

Kenny's death wasn't graphic for a reason. The show was making a point about Hollywood types, and the 'penny pair's complete disregard for Kenny's trampling made that point in juxtaposition to Kyle/Stan's usual reaction. Finding a penny made more of an impact on thier day than seeing an 8-year old kid killed.
