Tom's Rhinoplasty was rated TV-14 but no closed captioning this time

The latest South Park episode, Tom's Rhinoplasty, got the same rating as last week's episode Damien - a TV-14. However, unlike Damien, Tom's Rhinoplasty was not closed captioned for the hearing impaired. What gives? Does Comedy Central pick and choose which South Park episodes get closed captioning or what? As for the TV-14 rating on the last 2 episodes, I think that this rating is more appropriate than the original TV-MA rating South Park was originally given since the foul language was getting bleeped out. If Comedy Central left the cursing in then the TV-MA rating would have been appropriate.

Does anybody actually look at the ratings? We're all big boys and girls. I think we can handle the language.
