Kenny...getting easie to understand!

Is it just me or was Kenny ALOT easier to understand in the 4/22/98 episode? All through the show I understood what he said, I'd never gotten it before! Did anyone else notice this!

Actually, I still can't understand what Kenny says before Chef says "Well, 2 times bigger than Frank Gifford's anyways" in the Kathy Lee comes to South Park. I know it has something to do with Chef's penis or something.
