Is it just me or can anyone see a parallel between Byron and Lyta little peepapoo and Kenny's hat?

Is it just me or can anyone see a parallel between Kenny and Kosh?

They both wear bulky clothing, apparently to shield them from the elements (cold, or O2 atmosphere). Nobody knows what they really look like under their encounter suits.

Neither of them can be understood by the audience although a lot of hard-core fans will claim they can guess what he means.

And in any case, they don't have many lines on the show.

They both died on the show, but still showed up in future episodes. (Kosh, a little less frequently...)
