The Powerpuff Girls

Just wanted to plug this incredible show, since its on the same night as South Park. Check out Cartoon Network at 8 and 11pm EST. I actually look forward to The Powerpuff Girls more than SP these days!

It's not bad... but as far as I'm concerned, the Powerpuff Girls' appeal is primarily visual rather than content-based. It's a lot closer to a series like "Dexter's Laboratory" than it is to South Park... not surprising, since I noticed a few names from "Dexter's Laboratory" in the opening credits. (Notice how much the PPG's themselves look like Dee Dee).

Oh yeah, and the soundtrack is really cool. :)
