I can't even get to the FTP site. I tried three different ISPs and still no luck. Maybe it will be posted here when the site is back up.

The movie isn't the greatest quality, but I'm still thrilled to finally see this rough ancestor of South Park. Actually I got the whole movie first time no problem... Just took a couple hours. Not the prettiest animation but its neat to have for us fans :)

My cable modem is flaky. (In fact, I may not even be able to finish this post. :-) It's supposed to get fixed on Thursday. Until then, try intermittently.
I finally went back there. I got 8.3 MB downloaded and I got booted. It didn't save at all. I was so ticked. Over three years of my life gone.....wasted.....it was so sad. Maybe I'll try again. Has anyone have any idea how large this MOV is?
I don't think the problem is the site, I'm sure it's because of the AOL platform. When you connect, you connect "through" them to the internet, if their service should be over loaded with users at the time, your download can be paused, get locked-up and then "timed-out" and disconnected.
I can't even get AOL to display a Java-script off a webpage when their real busy. Hell even when their not busy I have to reload the page a couple times to get it.
I connected through AOL and opened Netscape over it and downloaded the whole thing from ftp://24.0.172.162/pub/so-frosty.mov. The guy you quoted wasn't even operating in AOL.

IMHO the Frosty short is not worth a lot of time & effort unless your a serious fan/collector or are incredibly curious. If you havent seen a lot of SP eps or SOX you may get a laff out of it. But to me it was interesting only to see how far the guys have come.
