I didn't like the "Musical" feel myself

Don't get me wrong... I LOVED the movie. It totally kicked ass, but I have to say I got kinda tired by the musical numbers. I felt that it was a raunchy Disney movie. The songs and stuff are OK for Tarzan, but C'mon.

"Kyle's mom is a bitch" worked real well though, but that's because it's really the only "song" from the tv show and what really dissapointed me was that Chef didn't really sing anything other than joining in a big number. The USO stuff was OK too. It's just when they broke into song out of nowhere that bugged me.

My .02 cents. I still loved it though.

you know, you're entitled to the full TWO cents, not just two-hundredths of a cent. As Cartman said to Kyle, "Don't be so hard on yourself!"

I personally loved the songs. They were witty and catchy, and executed wonderfully. But I was disappointed that a South Park movie with 16 all-out musical numbers neglected to include Chef's musical prowess. Chef was completely wasted in the movie, though.

I loved that. I also seriously dug the Les Miserables bit, with the montage of the various songs. They finally capped that with Mole's song. After it was done, I turned to a friend of mine and said "Poor Eponine". She fell out of her seat. =)

Fire away! I'm Flame Retardant!

Aside from the Uncle Fucka song, this is the one song where the entire theater not only laughed their asses off but clapped along. When Cartman first appears. singing the song in Chinese I'm sure most people in the theater wet their pants. Another thing about this song is that it figures into the plot. THIS is reason above all else that Cartman gets that V-chip implanted in him. It's kinda ironic

I thought that was the best way to explain why Cartman and no one else got that V chip implanted...hehe...

Actually "What Would Brian Boitano Do?" was made from a line in Spirit of Xmas. Oh, and there's a really good Chef song on the soundtrack. I finally listened all the way thru (skipping the like, 3 rap tracks...ehhh) and heard it. I really liked it. =)

I cannot think of anything that could bew done to improve this film. I had very high expectations for BL&U, and it actually _exceeded_ my expectations.
