If you think about it, One of the recently published articles tells of The Chick From Species doing a substitutes character on SP. From that information plus the episode description you can see that:

Wendy gets jealous(spelling) over Stan's crush on his substitute teacher(species chic).

Did anyone else think that the teacher looked like Monica Lewinsky? Was it just coincidence that we are about to attack Iraq to get attention away from her and the president, and someone who looks like her was capture by Iraqi soldiers in the show?

I think your projecting way too much into the show. I'm sure Tom's Rhinoplasty was in the can long before Monica Blewinsky ever became public knowledge.

There's no way that looked like Monica Lewinski. She's a big, ugly hog. Miss Ellen was a normal looking person, going strictly by size. It's kinda hard to tell the supporting chracters apart strictly by their facial features.

I think you may be a little paranoid about that Lewinsky thing, but then again, it is kind of suspicous. Hmmmmmmmmm.
