PLEASE HELP! : south park project?

i am currently taking an a/s level in computing. Anway we have to do some fu**ed up project where a third party has a problem and we have to solve it. The problem is that they actually have to be a real person. my point is, that i would like to do my project on south park (if they let me) and i was wonderin if anyone here has any ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated , and due credit will be given.
