d.t.v.c.?

I noticed that a woman (who I'm guessing was the director's assistant) in "Cartman's Mom's Still a Dirty Slut" had "d.t.v.c." on her shirt a la Terrance and Phillip. Does anyone know what d.t.v.c. stands for? Also, it was kind of blurry, but it looked like the doctor's name tag simply said, "Doctor." Is that right?

I'm pretty sure it said "Dr. Doctor". I looked really closely, and that's what it looked like. Interesting....

i think the d.t.v.c stood for Direct To Video Company, sorta like the Direct to Video Productions studios in Mecha-Streisand
