Is "Dirty Jew" as offensive as "crackhead nigger?"

I'm now truly beginning to understand the seemingly inappropriate offense taken by Jews at the phrase "dirty Jew." Apparently, the term was used frequently and casually in Nazi-era Europe to refer to Jews. It's roughly akin to the 19th-Century Southern US referring to blacks as "niggers." And not in today's hateful context, but casually, like calling someone "dude" nowadays. Perhaps it's even worse, because the word "nigger" doesn't necessarily imply hatred or hostility or even inferiority, while "Dirty Jew" simply cannot have a positive context. You'll never see a bunch of Jews referring to each other as "Dirty Jews" the way blacks sometimes use the word "nigger" -- in a friendly, positive manner. Y'know the funny thing is, I used to be sensitive to the Jews' troubled history, but after the sickening display of selfishness by Comedy Central's obviously Jewish executives, I am now forced to carry a burden of resentment toward Jews. I would never have imagined that I would enjoy uttering the phrase "Dirty Jew," but now it's my new catch phrase. How ironic that their very behavior that was intended to thwart anti-Semitism has instead created it.

Aren't we jumping to conclusions why Comedy Central <bleeped> out dirty?

Personally I think Cartman saying Kyle's Mom is a fucking jew is a lot funny and ironic than Cartman calling her a dirty jew in response to Terrance and Philip tv show making him a "potty" mouth.

Gee, and a tv program will alter your perception on race/ethnic realtions? Next thing people will be complaining they don't know who Eric's dad is...

I wonder if the upcoming video release will have Cartman saying Dirty, Fucking or will be bleeped?
