416 The Wacky Molestation Adventure was mostly a parody of The Star Trek episode "Miri". The Provider comes from another Star Trek episode called "The Gamesters of Triskelion". The "carousel" reference is from Logan's Run. Many of the kids' costumes seem to come from The Road Warrior or Beyond Thunderdome.
