Yes... Kenny died just after the closing credits started. A tree fell on him.

Just in case you didn't get your question answered (although the other replies were pretty funny) he died during Barbrady's parade. After two (or was it three?) aborted "Oh my god"s, a tree simply fell on him with no outcry whatsoever. And this time must have been real because of the blood oozing out from under the branches.
