Didn't the M-ban make SP vulnerable to the Snakeoilologists?

If there's one thing the snakeoilologists like to do, it's sue. And doesn't the mohammed-blanking indicate that Comedy Central is expressing a preference for anti-snakeoilology over anti-religion in general? Isn't that pretty solid ground for a snakeoilologist lawsuit? Is this what the "a single-episode ban can destroy a whole series" comments were referring to?
