I am having an argument with friend of mine abouthoe kenny dies in the volcano episode.
I say that while he does get squished by the lava boulder, he shows up later in the episode and gets shot (just before Scuzzlebut shows up).

He is accidentally shot when Ned swears off guns forever and drops his firearm. It's not unusual for Kenny to be repeatedly injured in these episodes before actually dying.

Then how do you explain the absence of the rats in the WG4K episode? Kenny gets impaled on a flagpole and no rats show up.
Then again, in the original script he showed up at Mr. Garrison's bedside after "dying."
