Songs That Remind Me Of South Park

I wanted to do something to honor the new season of South Park. Instead of my originally planned 'Pinky and the Brain/South Park Crossover' which I didn't get a chance to work on yersterday and therefore cannot finish today, I decided to get this off my chest- Songs That Remind Me of South Park:

Eric Clapton, "My Father's Eyes" After finally finding the lyrics, it reminded me of the Cliffhanger issue more than ever, especially the last verse, where he's 'always known his father's eyes'.

Bee Gees, "Stayin' Alive" Makes me think of Kenny every time, and you don't need to go past the title to learn why.

Weird Al Yankovitch, "Fat" Now, I haven't read the entire lyrics to this song, but from what I've heard, well, I'll give you 1 guess as to who it reminds me of..

What's-Her-Name, "I Can't Stop Now" The only time I've heard the song is on South Park, but I think it's cool how Stan and Wendy have an actual song, played in both Tom's Rhinoplasty and Pinkeye (if you hear it any more times let me know).

She Moves, "Breakin' All The Rules" The first South Park song parody I made (with a little help) was to the tune of this song.

That's all I can think of right now, if anyone else has any they would like to share, and maybe the lyrics, maybe we can start a new thread. <walks off whistling, waiting for 10:00>

I've already said hearing "Gettin' Jiggy With It" gets a picture of Cartman using Will Smith's voice. However, I am by nature a Beatles fan....

"Why Don't We Do It In The Road?"- defenite for Chef, of course "Get Back" also has that bluesy beat, just less sex.

"Come Together"- Alright, so hardly any of the lyrics describe him. But for some reason one lyric brings Kenny to mind: "He say: One and One and One is Three, he got to be good look'in cause hes so hard to see!"

"Real Love"- I think this would have been another good song to use in the "barf montage"......."Just like little girls and boys. Playing woth their little toys".

By the way, "Stayin Alive" always brings Kenny to mind. However so do the songs "I Will Survive" and "Tubthumping" (I get knocked down, but I get up again! Yer never gonna keep me down!).

Oooh! Oooh! I know a song that reminds me of South Park! Suzanne Vega's "Blood Sings". I was listening to it one day, and I realized that it sounded a lot like Kenny! The first line that made me think of Kenny was "I know these bones as being mine". A verse or two later, I heard "Did he carry his bad luck upon his back? That bad luck that we've all come to know?" I don't even think I need to explain that...

I've got the whole lyrics posted on the "site news" section of my page (<plugplug> http://www.primenet.com/~thefews/kenny.htm </plugplug>). Most of the lyrics sound like Kenny...some don't, but most do.

When did they play the song in Pinkeye? I remember when they played it in Tom's Rhinoplasty, but I can't remember what scene in Pinkeye the music played.
