Did anyone notice that is this epi Kenny was shown in two frames *after* he was dead? When the bus landed in the huge bucket of ice cream, Kenny was shown on the floorin two frames.

Not only was it a dream, but Stan said, "They're killing Kenny..." He never implied that Kenny actually died, and we certainly never saw the monster actually kill Kenny, either.
