episode #113 called Cliffhanger??? I don't get it, where was anything related to anything about Cliffhanger? Is it called that because of the suspense? I dunno!!! Someone help me. Thanks.

Yes, because of the suspense. The word "cliffhanger" has nothing to do with hanging from cliffs. It's a very common word used to describe exactly the sort of story that we saw on South Park, where the ending of a suspenseful story is withheld. (Remember Lost in Space and Batman on TV? Those were usually cliffhangers.)
The Sylvester Stallone movie (which incidently took place in the Rocky Mountains where South Park is) had nothing in it that could possibly be described as a cliffhanger. The title was just a bad pun.
Many of todays tv shows tend to use a "cliffhanger" as the last new episode for a season. This way, it gives incentive for people to catch the next season's eps.
Except this time, we'll be hanging from that cliff forever!
