I checked out the Beef-Cake archives and was surprised to see that it wasn't included.

Check any of the instances Beef-Cake was archived, starting on October 9, 1999. The file you're looking for could be in one of those archives. I'm currently saving the sound files from that day. Any missing ones I'll try to find in the later archives.
