Cartman's mom is Principal Victoria. Has to be. Think about it. She and the mayor were quickly shown when Garrison asked "Who here hasn't had sex with Mrs. Cartman?" Also, look at how quickly she grabbed Eric out of the cafeteria when he was dressed as Hitler. (Motherly concern?) But the biggest clue of all is the picture Principal Victoria has of Eric's Mom(Dad) in her office! Look back on your videos, folks. Its there. She is Eric Cartman's mother.

We'll never know unless they incorporate it into a/the movie. Surely they won't pull another stunt like they did when Cartman was searching for his dad.
