Kenny's dad is ill with some sort of tummy bug where he can't stop shitting and vomitting. He vomits into a big dustbin, then sits on it and shits in it unconrollably, then gets off it and vomits in it again, then sits on it and shits in it again then vomits etc etc

Wasn't that because Kenny spiked a drink for his mom with an abortion pill or something similar because he didn't want a baby brother. But his dad drank it because his mom was pregnant.

Well, Kenny's dad originally began vomiting after Kenny hit him in the crotch with a baseball. As stated above, the diarrhea began after the dad drank the "abortion cocktail" meant for the mother. The dad then broke his nose on the John Denver Experience ride at the amusement park and squirted blood into a trash can (the sight of which caused him to vomit and have diarrhea.) Finally, while looking for Kenny at the hotel where NAMBLA was meeting, the dad walks into a dark room where the NAMBLA members -- thinking he was a young boy -- ass-rape the dad.
