Despite what DocWonmug says, it's called Chef Aid, not AIDS. The episode aired here in the US on Oct. 7. The CD is being released by Columbia Records and American Recordings. It's due out Nov. 23 in the US (maybe a few days later in Canada & Europe), but considering how many times Comedy Central has delayed the damn thing, it may not be out this millenium. :) Hope this helps.
