WTF? With everything going on now T&M go with the late 80's and early 00's????? How about a social comment on something relevant to these times other than Football? That being said, it was cool to see a penis on the back of a mouse singing to the moon. The 'lips' of the penis almost makes up for the lameness of the episode.... almost.

Lameness???? This episode was a first-rate LAUGH RIOT! I laughed harder at this episode than any I've seen in years! The initial line, "Have any of you boys seen my penis?" The scenes of women standing up on chairs and screaming, "Eeeek! A penis!!!" The telegraphed but still hilarious sight gag in the sauna, When Garrison accidentally grabs the wrong penis, were all major laugh-out loud moments, as was the Fivel reference you cited.
The "Stand and Deliver" subplot was funny too, but the biggest laughs were from the main plot of Garrison's runaway penis. This was a GREAT episode!
I thought it was a hilarious episode! The police artist's sketch just about had me on the floor. I was expecting it to look like a penis with whiskers and fluffy ears, but the Mickey Mouse was even better. One thing I couldn't figure out, though, was how they were able to grow a penis that was already circumcised.
