This episode made me shake my head in disapproval. The Ed O'Neil gets a boner and Homer's "I'm horny!" Were unneccesary and prove the writers must resort to crude joke to make a fast episode.
I thought the very same thing when I saw this episode, there was no reason for either of the two comments

Thanks for the reply, I think you're right about the Ed O'Neil, but I'm pretty sure he said "I'm Hungry" when he was in that tuxedo. His Jaws were Wired Shut and he couldn't eat, so he was hungry.
