My local FOX affiliate just showed the "24" episode of the Simpsons, which I find stupid and unfunny enough to just ignore.
This episode, along with most of them from last season (especially the Topher Grace/blue licorice one) are just so dumb and not funny that when they're on, I usually find something else to do.
What episodes strike you the same way?

See, I actually like the episodes with Lisa. She adds a bit of intelligence to the program. All the Simpson's characters balance each other out (e.g. Homer/Marge, Bart/Lisa).

Timothy Treadwell (the grizzly bear guy) has to take the cake in the naive idealist department... talk about 'doing a Lisa'.
This happened in my home province of Nova Scotia around the time you made this post. The fact that the woman loved nature was immaterial to the attack. She was not trying to pet them. They came out of nowhere and attacked her; an extreme rarity for coyotes. There is absolutely no comparison to any Lisa story on the series. Am I to understand you actually found this woman's plight hilarious?

I'm sick of the surprising numberof episodes in which Homer and Marge fight, with the exception of Secrets of Successful Marriage (probably because it was first). The movie rubbed me the wrong way for this reason, too.
