In a recent episode Peter Thomas' son tries to kill Homer because he blamed him for killing Peter Thomas (he touched some live wires because Homer annoyed him so much IIRC). What is Peter Thomas' son called? I have a feeling his name was Keith Flint but I would like this confirmed if possible. Also, which episode did his son appear in?

Frank Grimes is the go-getter at the plant who couldn't get anywhere, and resented Homer's ability to thrive on nothingness.
Years later his son, Frank Grimes jr, appears to extract revenge on Homer. He makes a few attempts, without success, and is finally caught. The police use SideShow Bob to solve the crime, letting him out of jail for a while to accomplish the task.
It's relatively recent, within the past year, and I have no idea what the episode is called.
