How old is Montey Burns

Does anybody know how old Montey Burns actually is, and how old is his mother (the only time I saw her was in episode #3F14, if I ain't wrong.

I know Monty is either 104 or 106.

Burns is 104. His mother is 120, which would make her the second oldest person on Earth if I'm not mistaken.

If Burnes is 104... then how old is Abe Simpson... asi recall from the hellfish episode Abe Simpson was a Sargent (or something like that) and Burns was a private.

Back in the day the drafted anybody if that helps at all....

For the most part lower ranks are based upon tenure. There are exceptions though. In a battlefield climate people gain rank quicker I believe. Other services also promote quicker than others. I believe my father made E-4 in the army in 2 years (limit of promotion for a draftee) , while in the AF it will take me aprox 3 years.

You know, after making my first statement I came upon something. Burns went to Yale. Im not sure how commisioning programs worked in the day, but with a college degree he would have qualified to be an officer. Now, I do know it depends on your degree. Why would the military need someone back then with a degree in art history?
