Is anyone able to identify any of the Eastern European music from the Worker and Parasite cartoon, shown when "Gabbo" stole Itchy and Scratchy?

They just had that ep on in syndication here. I doubt there is any real piece used, but rather it appears to be some loop. With "worker" and "parasite's" voiceovers coming over the music, I don't think this one will be able to be solved.

The name of the composition is "Lick My Love Pump" composed by Nigel Tufnel.

I think just the cartoon in general, due to its confusing, quasi-nihilistic nature...
