KOTH thought: Bobby has a little stuffed Bart doll in his room. I know some Simpsons people are not KOTH fans, but they should be! Also, I like any show that does a VeggieTales reference.
Simpsons Thought: It is really nice that Glen Close is coming back for another appearance, but I think it would be nice if Danny Devito came back as Homer's half brother some other time too. Does anyone else have thoughts on re-appearances of people that were only on once? I would also say Jim Varney as Cooter but he has since passed.
I miss Lionel Hutz. It just is not the same without him.
I thought Wiggum liked Homer's mom because she helped him breathe better with her antibiotics. Why would he be after her now?
Does this mean that Glenn Close will make a reappearance in season 23?
Review: Well, I guess it was kinda sweet, but definitely not in the same way that the Season 7 episode was. While the episode had a plot that actually could happen, it seemed like too much of the episode was devoted to Homer and Mom running from the law and not enough time doing other stuff. Fun stuff. You know, stuff that people watch the Simpsons to see. Either way, it was a nice episode to see one time. Just not one I will ever want to slog through again. Grade: C+
