Hi. Are The Simpsons under contract past this season? How do the actors and producers feel about continuing it past this season? Thanks for any help.

I thought I read somewhere that Bart & Maggie were holding out for more money. Bart claims that he's the star of the show, and he's not being properly compensated. Maggie's complaining because she has no lines, and is fearing she'll be typecast in the future. She doesn't want to play a baby forever, but she fears that's the only role she'll get, so she wants more money now while the gravy train is still running.

Haha. I guess my missuse of television termniology got me some sarcastic, but funny posts. Allow me to rephrase. How many years is the television show, "The Simpsons" under contract, if any?
