Saw the episode entitled 'homer's phobia' today - where the Simpsons befriend a gay man called John. There is a sequence where Homer takes Bart to a steelmill to make him straight but it turns out all gay men work there. The episode is dedicated to 'the steelmills of america - keep reaching for that rainbow!". Anyone know the origin of this reference???
