Hello, Gas Company? How poisonous is your gas?

So, is natural gas actually poisonous or halluciongenic? The snpp capsule didn't really address those aspects. I know you can commit suicide with gas, but that's asphixiation and not because of any toxins in the gas itself, right?

Lighting a match makes it much more effective though... :)

Also, if an appliance is not burning the gas correctly, it could be generating carbon monoxide, which is colorless, odorless, and toxic.

Right. It's pretty much as "poisonous" as pure water, meaning that you can basically drown in it.
