Can anyone remind me of the (fairly recent) Simpsons episode in which someone (I believe it's Principal Skinner, but it could be Mayor Quimby) is talking on a stage, they make a joke, pause, and a shotgun is heard being loaded? I believe it happens twice in the episode. Thanks!
