episode based around lenny and carl?

can i please get a backing on an episode based on the friendship of lenny and carl? i was thinking possibly an episode where they get trapped in russia (simply becuase the simpsons haven't been there) and its up to the simpsons to get them back. i would be more then happy to be a guest voice on this episode.
