I have come back from the future with distressing news. "The Simpsons" will still be on the air in the year 2150. By then, FOX will have been bought out by Al-Jazeera and will be called Desert FOX. The Simpsons will have a Monday night time-slot but will usually be pre-empted by Monday Night Buzkashi.
(Oh yeah, we lost the so-called "War On Terror" when the Republicans managed to control the senate, house and the presidency for 100 consecutive years. By then, even the Canadians were at war with us!)
Unfortunately, the quality of "The Simpsons" had severly declined by the year 2150. The 1000th season was officially the last.
So here is a brief recap of the very last episode of "The Simpsons."
Ozmodiar, the space alien that only Homer can see, pays Homer (now called Al-Sheik Al Hassan Bin D'oh after his dramatic conversion to Islam in the 1000th episode) a visit. He warns him that this is the last episode (one of several hundred meta-references in the episode) and he must display his wackiest, craziest scheme yet. CBG appears out of nowhere with the words "Last Episode Ever" on his t-shirt. In the meantime, Marge is on the can with chronic indigestion. After much hilarious farting noises, we get to the sub-plot. Bart has joined NAMBLA (National American Boy-Love Association). When Homer finds out, he goes on a murderous rampage, killing Apu ("This one's for the former Pakistan, infidel!"), Ned Flanders, Moe, Agnes, Rev. and Helen Lovejoy, Santa's Little Helper and Dr. Dre (one of many cloned celebrity guest cameos.) Somehow this leads to the main plot when Krusty's damn stupid monkey and his damn stupid monkey friends take over the Quiki-Mart. Hilarity ensues as they smoke cigars and make monkey noises as wacky sub-titles appear. Milhouse gets raped by rabid wolves on a trip to the zoo. Marge accidentally flushes Maggie down the crapper. And ahh, that's just the good stuff.
The show will be replaced by the new comedy series about former American President George W. Bush: "Curious George Takes On the World."
Beware. Beware the naked man.
