I believe that the Krusty Legal Form had a picture of Krusty saying (in a speech balloon) something like "Hey Hey! It's Legal!" or "Hey Hey! It's Binding!", or something like that.

Does anyone know exactly what it was?

That was the Krusty Brand Endorsement form, from "The Last Temptation of Krust" (5F10).

Krusty: I guess you Wall Street weasels didn't get the word --
