this episode was AWESOMELY AWESOME!!!!!! wow what an episode - absoltely hilarious (maybe a function of the fact that i've been drinking since 3 pm, but so what! laugh out loud funny.

did anyone else notice that the lyrical melody to the song in ziff's invention (the noise changer modem thing which is in the first act i believe) is the same melody from "hey there, blimpy boy, flying through the sky so fancy free" that homer sings in 9F02 "lisa the beauty queen"???

oh, and i paused it and the second word on selma's shirt is "Aunt," and not what i also thought it was first time 'rrrrround.

It certainly is, but the use in last night's ep seemed to be a reference to an earlier ep, using the same music.
