I liked this episode - one of the best of S15 IMO.
Homer panhandling. Bart & Lisa not fighting. Milhouse trying to act cool.
BTW, was trying to remember other similar Bart/Lisa sweet moments
The end of the Ice-Hockey episode (I forget the episode name). Bart The General, when he took on Nelson's cronies for her.

There must be loads - how about Dead Putting Society (she helps him to putt), Stark Raving Dad (song at end), Separate Vocations (Bart takes the rap for Lisa), Lisa the Beauty Queen (he shows her "the tricks of the trade"), The Front, Bart of Darkness, various ones where they're trying to help Krusty/catch Sideshow Bob.
