What's the deal with "frosty chocolate milkshakes"? The line is used in a couple of the Tracey Ullman shorts, and still makes it occasionally into the full length shows. I've never seen anything saying why it's used, so I was wondering if any of you have any idea what it means?

Is there some special significance to it? I mean, there are plenty of other phrases they could use, but why that one? Does MG have a milkshake fetish or something?
