I'm a DJ on WUSC (South Carolina Gamecock's) college station, and I've been searching for this particular audio file for a couple of weeks, now, with no success. If someone could post it on the binary page, then answer this thread (letting me know it's been posted), I would REALLY appreciate it.

I went to a college where we had a non-profit, but commercial, and three or four times a year all the DJs had to fill out forms for ASCAP detailing every song that was played for an entire week, with title, artist, and the writers, so that the appropriate folks could get their royalties. The "responsible adults" who did sales for us told us stories of program directors at other stations they'd worked for who would get so irritated by this that they removed all their ASCAP stuff from their libraries just before the reporting period.
Seriously, if the station is a non-profit, there might be a regime in place such as a flat annual payment that covers your adding an extra clip like this to your show, but you might want to ask whatever "responsible adults" you have about it. I went to college during the original Bush administration, and there have been several omnibus copyright laws enacted since then. :-)
