I love that movie! It was on for 24 hours on TNT today, and I watched it 3 times.

Ok. I'm lost. What movie is that from? And what kind of accent does the character singing the song have? It reminds me strangely of a day last week when I was walking in Chinatown and there was a man singing Jingle Bells...

Well, "A Christmas Story" was the movie that was on TNT for 24 hours. But I haven't seen the whole movie in awhile so I can't recall this particular scene.

This is from A Christmas Story, the scene when they went to a Chinese restraunt on Christmas because the next door neighbor's dogs had destroyed theirs. This was their attempt to sing carols. David

Thanks for all of your help. I kind of knew it was a Chinese accent because that is exactly what the guy in Chinatown I heard singing sounded like!
