You know. The one where they make Homer look and act all stupid. And that stupid anoyed grunt thing he does..."D'oh". Waaaaaayyyyyy over played. I mean it was funny the first season, but now? And what's with them being yellow? Some wizard must've realy screwed up there. I'm so disqusted I can't even type anymore.
Go Pitts!!!

And what's up with Marge's hair being blue? I mean, it's been said that it's not natural, and you NEVER see roots. Do you know how much it would cost to keep that color up constantly? Not consistent with the family being tight on funds sometimes. Lastly, I'll have to disagree, d'oh was funny only for a couple of shows, not the entire season.
to hell
I always assumed she did her hair at home (or with her sisters) and thats why it was blue. Cindy

Oh....My....God!!
In the FOX nightly re-run here in town, they showed the one where Arty is the richest man and offers Homer a million bucks to be with Marge.
They did it again! I mean is this stupidity in every episode? It always plays out the same way. Homer starts doing something, something happens and he says "D'oh". You could see it coming a mile away! Can't they write something new sometime? And once again they're yellow! And Marge has blue hair!
What is up with these writers? Not only do they keep repeating themselves, they're ripping others off along the way! I seem to remember a movie that had the same plot line as this episode. The guy even offered the same million dollars for a night with the guys wife. They tried to throw us off by tossing in the snoring bit, but I wasn't fooled.
Maybe it's the just the new episodes. Hold on let me go check my tapes....Nope. Same old crap back then too. Homer saying "D'oh", Lisa acting all uppity, Bart getting into trouble, Marge doing that "Hmmmmm" sound that just pisses me off more, and Maggie - don't even get me started on that baby! And answer me this...what #@&#@! state do they live in???? Give me a break! How can the same people who write the Pitts sit there and write this kind of crap? I doesn't get any more predictable than the Simpsons when it comes to jokes. These writers talents are lower than a doodlebug in Aunt Tilly's root cellar!
In my honest opinion, a thousand monkeys on a thousand typewriters could write a thousand Simpson episodes a day.

Actually this question is answered in the FAQ. Also, i think that's just another running gag they have throughout the show.
Hehehe, what funny is that a lot of people think Pitts suck and the simpsons are great....

What the hell is a FAQ? Is that some crap the writers have made up to "intice" us into watching the show? I don't believe I'll be reading this "FAQ" you speak of, I'm way smarter than that. And anyway, that "gag" got unfunny long ago.
And what people do you hang around with? You should be more picky with the crowd of people you hang with. You probably have a black friend with a name like Karl and a white friend named Lenny. The only reason the Pitts suck is because they want to, it's the main joke. The Simpsons try to be funny, but fail.

Umm? I dont get this part. Arent' they ALWAYS yellow and isn't marge's hair ALWAYS blue? Why the exclamation marks?
Oooh yea i think i might know what you talking about. I dont rembmer the title...something with Las Vegas? The guy owed like hundreds of thousands and the guy was gonna let him off the hook if he was allowed to spend teh weekend with his wife with no sex. And he took her and flew her to Hawaii and tried to get her to fall for him....
Is that the one u mean?
The person who wrote the first sentence was being sarcastic, Getrichquick712.
They were satirizing people on this newsgroup who criticize some of the repetitive jokes in the show.

Yes they are always yellow and her hair is always blue, but how about some reality? People aren't yellow! Women do not have blue hair! And speaking of hair, where are Lisa and Barts hair line?? It goes from nose, to forehead, to hair! No breaks! At first I thought it was just laziness on the part of the cartoonist, but it's still there today.
No, that's not what I was talking about at all. You couldn't have gotten it more wrong. Please just stop typing. I'm embarrassed for both of us.
It was just laziness on the part of the cartoonist. A certain cartoonist named Matt Groening, who designed the main characters.

But what has he done for us lately?
You obviously don't live near old people. ;)
Well, get typing and we'll see if you're right.

HELLO!!!! I'm an ape, not a monkey! See the following:
Many people believe that apes--chimpanzees, gibbons, gorillas, and orangutans--are monkeys. But monkeys and apes differ in several ways. For example, apes are more intelligent than monkeys. Most monkeys have a tail, but none of the apes do. Monkeys are smaller than most apes. Apes are expert climbers. Monkeys generally run, jump, and leap among tree branches. -From World Book Encyclopedia
