The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson

Hello All:

I am putting together a tribute to the World Trade Center for a movie awards ceremony and desperately need a copy of the episode where Barney parks Homer's car in the middle of World Trade Center Plaza ("The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson" Season 9 - orig air date 9/24/97). Does anyone have a clean copy of this epsiode on tape I can get through purchase or trade?

I doubt I have any Simpsons stuff on tape that most avid collectors don't already have. I can give you tapes of many movies currently in major release.... Adaptation, Chicago, Gangs of New York, Punch Drunk Love, Catch Me if You Can, Road To Perdition...

At least that is something. But it would be easier for me to buy it off you.

As somone in "the biz" you should know that's piracy. Contact FOX to get it legitimately. They can even provide it on BETACam for better quality.

I thought it was amusing that someone "in the biz" was trying to get a copy this way, rather than through legitimate means that probably are available for such legit use.

The legality doesn't enter. If he was really connected, there would be ways of getting the tape.

As a fellow somone in "the biz", I've found that generally, if you just phone them (Them being anyone in "the biz") and ask, they'll send you what you want.
