Can you put something more boring on TV on a Sunday?
I don't think it's possible.

I won't comment on the actual sport because I don't watch it, I try, but they keep on putting adverts everywhere, is it possible to actually watch the sport, or can you only see the adverts and a few stats?

they
sport,
One of the fun things about the superbowl is seeing all of the new commercials. I had to do a study on this exact topic in my Marketing class and there are tons of commercials that only get aired during the superbowl and then never seen again. Plus it amuses me to know that a company paid over a million dollars to play a 30 second commercial.
We see commercials every day on TV. All the shows we watch have tons of commercials, offensive ones normally, but since this is the Superbowl every likes them, just for today.
I hate commercials!
Well, most places around north america there are at least 3 tv stations, a few radio stations.
Failing that, get a book, play a game, take a walk. Eat, do pushups, find your mate and well, mate. Life is full of options... Become a vigilantie, become a pee wee football coatch, take the duff brewery tour, learn to fly a chopper, start a biker gang, start a bowling team, see where i am going here?

Forget it, Rudy. You're too small to go to the Super Bowl.

But what I lack in size, I make up for in obnoxiousness!
