Large Marge episode cuts?

Hopefully it is not some horrific mental problem (which someone here will tell me if I'm wrong) but did anyone notice that a scene that was featured in last week's preview for "Large Marge" was not in the actual episode? There was a scene in last week's preview with Marge hiding her new breast implants from Bart by holding two cooking pots to her chest. Although I record every episode and have not re-watched "Large Marge" yet, I don't remember seeing that particular scene. Does anyone know what the deal is with this? I know that sometimes an episode is trimmed for time, but it seems that would have been done long before creating the preview for that particular episode.

I seem to recall a scene that was in the preview, but not the actual show, which featured Marge telling Bart to look at her face and Bart replying with, "I'm trying, I'm trying..." or something to that effect.

Alot of the previews have scenes or lines of dialog that don't make it into the actual episode. I can name 3 or 4 more off the top of my head if you want.

In one case there is a reference to a scene that was never shown (in the episode with Bart and Milhouse "living in the mall" they are running from the tiger fully clothed and dive behind a fake bush, they then re-emerge and Milhouse is putting his shirt on for some reason, an obvious scene was cut there).
